Thank you for purchasing our energized paintings and healing artwork. Each piece is created with intention, care, and spiritual energy. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship orders using trusted courier partners. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

General delivery estimates:

  • Domestic Shipping (within India): 3–10 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to customs delays, courier issues, holidays, or natural events.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location
  • Package size and weight
  • Courier service selected (if options are available)

Any customs duties, import taxes, or international charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery is marked as “Delivered” by the courier

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your artwork securely. However, if your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will assist you with a suitable resolution.

International Customs & Restrictions

Some countries may impose restrictions on the import of artwork. You are responsible for checking your country’s import rules before placing an order.

Customs clearance delays are outside our control.
